Description
I spotted this group of dancers near the main performance pavilion just before they were going on to perform. I wanted the positioning of the figures in the composition to look casual and uncomposed (as in the figure on the right, who disappears off the side of the canvas, - a la Degas) whilst concentrating on the main figure.
